This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which New England Sportscards collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the www.newenglandsportscards.com website ("Site"). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by New England Sportscards.

The email address Users provide for order processing, will only be used to send them information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, and/or other requests or questions. If User decides to opt-in to our VIP mailing list, they will receive emails that may include store news, events, updates, related product or service information, promotions, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, New England Sportscards include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or User may contact us. Please be advised that we cannot guarantee the security of  the databases of the third parties hosting or providing services to our Site with which we may share such Information, nor can we guarantee that the Information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted over the Internet. If you send us an email, we cannot guarantee the security of any information contained therein because we do not have control over the security of email service provider.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of March, 1, 2024. We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this Site and any other digital properties. After we make any such changes to this Privacy Policy, you are deemed to have accepted such changes when accessing our Site, accessing our services, and/or placing an order.
