SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

U.S. SHIPPING

At this time, New England Sportscards ships merchandise to locations within the United States via USPS or UPS shipping company providers. Shipping locations within the United States may be restricted depending on which shipping provider the customer have chosen at the checkout. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. 


New England Sportcards is not liable for Stolen/Misplaced/Lost in Transit orders that have been marked as delivered.  


New England Sportscards is not responsible for customers entering incorrect or incomplete addresses. Should a merchandise not be properly delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided to us , New England Sportscards assume no responsibility for the loss incurred. 


New England Sportscards is not responsible for any customs, duties or other taxes incurred during transportation, nor are we responsible if a parcel is opened for inspection at customs and/or border services. This will not qualify an order for compensation as this is beyond our control.


If an order is shipped to a third party company, freight forwarder or similar, New England Sportscards assumes no responsibility for any damages or any problems that may arise from their services.

International Shipping (Outside United States)

New England Sportscards currently do not ship outside of the United States.

In-Store Pick-Up

 When will my order be ready for pick-up?

  • Once you submit your order, it normally takes about 1-3 business days for your order to be ready for pick-up. You will receive an Order Ready for Pickup email notification from New England Sportscards when your order is ready for pick-up. 
  • If more than 3 days have passed and you have not received an email notification after checking your junk or spam folders, please contact us by email at nesonlineinquiry@gmail.com or by phone at 1-978-995-4821 .
  • Your order will be held for at least one month after processing.  
  • Please do not come to the store if you haven't received the Order Ready for Pickup email notification. Your order is assembled and packed from our storage location and is hand delivered to our store location for pick-up.

Where do I pick-up my order?

  • You can pick-up your order at New England Sportcards' store location at  106 Ponemah Road, Amherst, NH 03031, USA. Bring your order confirmation with you when picking up your order.

When is the New England Sportscards store open?

  • New England Sportscards are open from Mondays-Sundays from 10 AM to 5 PM, except on major holidays. 

What do I need to bring to pick up my order? 

  • Please bring both your order confirmation and a piece of photo ID. We may decline to release an order if you do not have a valid ID with you. 

Can someone else pick up my order for me? 

  • Yes. You can provide their name in the Additional Message section during checkout, or email  nesonlineinquiry@gmail.com with their name and your order number. We will not be able to release an order to someone without proper authorization.  Please DO NOT give your ID to the person picking up the order. They will need to provide their own ID.
